Scruffy refrigerator van parked up behind opposite building permanently with rubbish underneath it. A bit unsightly.

did exactly as told by the host and all went well.it was very quiet in this close.however it may be noisier in summer,and when the market is on as it is situated behind this row of houses.tucked away in a small close behind a row of individual shops, butchers/green grocers,indian restaurant. short walk to jempsons the supermarket and the station.amazing small enclosed garden, great for dogs.everything in rye in easy reach, but a bit hilly for the infirm. we have stayed in rye many times over the last 40 years.we have tried many different houses and hotels. this house was the best value for money, with an amazing welcome hamper. everything was very well thought out. the shower problem has been fixed with a door(well done jamie for listening to your visitors) the only thing you may find in summer is the bedrooms can get hot,when the sun is full on, perhaps black out blinds would solve this.very spacious for 4 people, but have to share toilet. i want to tell people how good this was, as jamie deserves good reviews, but now it willprobably get booked up after you have all read this.

Excellent location in a very well equipped house

WiFi was very patchy. Would have been nice to have egg cups

The cleanliness, amount of space, the breakfast items left for us.

The master bed was a bit squeaky and the bedding itself was all polyester and made for a sweaty couple of nights.

Good location with parking in the centre of the town. Comfortable house.

Shower a little difficult.

Amazing location near everything in Rye, we could leave the car the whole trip and walk around. House was so clean and homely.

it was a little smaller than it appeared in the photographs, and joined to 2 other houses, which wasn’t particularly clear
