Great 👍 as a family resort

This place is amazing! My kids loved it, I loved it as much as they did! The rooms were cleaned and spacious! Love the swim up bar and the kids loved everything from the wave pool to the inflatables! The cabanas are amazing our server Princess was awesome! Can’t wait to come to back again!!

Location was great!

No pool at hotel anymore. They also took the breakfast away and only had coffee.

Had 3 children with me. We all had a great time.

Food prices could be less expensive

Overall great resort to bring your kids. We felt like the carpet in the room wasn’t super clean. Otherwise no complaints, staff was great as well

Experience is always a 10! Hotel is cleanly, most recently renovated! Staff is amazing! Adea at the front desk of the hotel was so accommodating for all of us she made everything easier & convenient. The water park addition is just chefs kisses

This was a wonderful 3 nights and 4 days stay with family July 21-24 2023 Including 5 kids ranging from 6 months to 6 years old!! Plenty to do for everyone. Like the indoor pool , kiddie area in the water park, lazy river, and swim up bar ( drinks were on the weak side not reflecting the cost tho . VERY clean resort and friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean, comfortable with no odor detected. We got to take our dog with us too with no issues. Only small concern was we needed more electrical outlets in the room to charge devices including a CPAP machine and the issue above with the alcohol beverage. Other than that we highly recommend this resort and will definitely be back next year. Christina at the front desk was most helpful and pleasant . We hope she returns from Fla and will be there next year. Great place.
