Cape Cod Family Resort and Parks

Unsafe feeling staying here, clearly someone tried to break into our room and the door was never replaced/ you could see the light coming into the room - didn’t bother me once asleep, just uneasy feeling… it’s a $500 a night room rental fee with two full beds, it’d be nice if the room came with a microwave or how about two complimentary adult beverages or something for the adults shelling out buckets of cash at this tiny slice of heaven in the cape- feels like now w/a parking charge, it’s taking advantage a bit of the people that have supported this place since it first opened (like our family)… a LITTLE goes a long way-

This place is a great deal! The rooms are clean and the waterpark and inflatables were a big hit with my kids! The staff is friendly and helpful and accommodated all our needs. Definitely recommend for families!!

You are paying 3 or 4 start prices for 1 or 2 star facility at best. Price gauging. I guess that’ goes the rest of Cape Cod. The water park was nice, however, you can see that the bottom of the pools is dirty and needs super cleaning especially underneath the water playground.

We absolutely love this place! The staff are extremely friendly, the hotel is clean, the water and inflatable park is clean and so much fun! The food and drinks are excellent! We have been twice and plan on going at least once a year! Highly recommend!!

we spent a night there with access to the waterpark and inflated park. the kids has a lot of fun. the staff was so nice. the room are clean.. definitly will go back again next year...

Water park and facilities brilliant had an issue with cleanliness of room but was resolved to our satisfaction Highly recommend

The water park is nice and fun for the kids. Enjoyed the cabana as well. The hotel is in poor condition. No family rooms are being rented so we had to pay more for two rooms. Both bathrooms smelled of urine and the tub was covered in hair. Called to have it cleaned and it did not seem to make a difference. The hot tub in the hotel was out of order and the pool area was also dirty. The entire hotel needs a serious upgrade.

I highly recommend this place. Very clean

The “resort” is a motel. The rooms are dirty, the water park is filthy, walls are paper thin, bed are uncomfortable, and the door leading out of our motel room didn’t close properly. This entire place was dirty and disgusting. Find somewhere else to stay.

It was an amazing stay already planning for next year !!!
