Traditional and Sailor's Sirma Klima

Is this the largest most luxurious place? No it’s not. But is it a unique property that you will never forget? Yes it is. You will have to walk through water to get to your place but it is a very memorable experience that we wouldn’t change if we could. The bed was surprisingly comfy and the shower was probably the best we had anywhere in Greece. WiFi was good as well as host services. They even secured a rental car for us, and met us in town and led us to the property.

Parking situation. A few ants here and there.

The location and the view were as advertised.

The property never felt clean, it was dirty upon arrival, there were ants everywhere. Fresh towels didn’t arrive until late in the stay.

The view and location were great. Perfect for morning coffee on the terrace.

The property has a serious ant issue. We were woken up through the night, every night, with ants in our bed and on us. Communication with the property management was fine at first but they started ignoring us after we reported the ant problem. The ‘solution’ was Nikos dropping off a can of ant poison. We also came home to the cleaner in the property the day before we left which we were not informed about. Make sure to bring everything with you, the only things supplied are washing up liquid and shower gel. While the location was lovely, be prepared to be in everyone’s holiday pictures as there’s a lot of foot fall day and night into Klima to take pictures of the houses.

Amazing location, just 2 meters from the water. Very suggestive and an interesting experience!

Found some little ants in the bed, but I guess they come with the location, so no big issues there. :)

we felt that we were missold the property due to incorrect photos, which inplied that we were on the first floor with a balcony, in fact we were on the ground level, when we questioned this with the host he immediately replied "do you want to cancel" knowing we would lose 100% of our money......obviously a well prectised routine. then he proceeded to inform booking.com customer services.....which also offered us very little protection. very arrogant. the "private" parking is in fact a public parking lot 300 metres away, often full and one day our hire car was damaged. the description of balcony is incorrect....it is in fact a patio on a public foot path.

It’s a cool experience to stay in an old boat shed on the water. We stayed in the top level with the balcony and really enjoyed the view from there. The staff were responsive and attentive. Sunset is lovely from Klima.

I wasn’t expecting anything flash but I really do think it’s overpriced for what it is. There was a worm on our bed when we arrived and we saw 7 more around the property (inside). This made us feel quite uncomfortable. The appliances and dishes were dusty. There isn’t much to do in Klima and you have to get a taxi to get out of there (you can’t walk or catch a bus). There is only 1 restaurant in Klima and no supermarket or anything else to buy food or water. The transfers are pricey and we found out taxis were 10euros cheaper.
