The location is really great. Seafront.

Totally overpriced and overrated. The comfort is minimal, which would be ok because you choose to stay in an old sailor house. But for this very high price for a very old and simplistic accommodation, you would at least expect 2 wine glasses to be able to enjoy (your own purchased) wine (there were only 2 big water jars) and 2 nespresso pads (the machine is there, but if you don't bring your own pads... bad luck). For a normal price i would even not expect this, but for an overpriced bedroom, the least you would expect are 2 propper glasses and 2 coffee pads. Besides, when booking, there was no notice that the room is on the first floor, only accessible through an outdoor ladder. For check in, the guy helped to take one luggage upstairs, but for the checkout we were alone and had to bring our luggage all alone down the ladder. For half the price all this would be ok, but for this price it sure looks like a tourist trap.

Location unique alongside the sea with breathtaking sunsets. They are original fishing huts so rustic with modern upgrades, but v close to sea so you get wet feet on the way from the path! There were 2 clans and towel/linen changes during our week which was needed as the room got wet and sandy. Aircon was a huge plus. Nice touches were basic washing up materials, toilet rolls and complementary water and wine on arrival.

The 2 rooms were small for the money. Each house is unique but we had a small one, the blue one. Given the beauty spot you are in there is a constant flow of people walking past (peak season of august mind) from about 10.30am, peaking at sunset when there are so many instagram photo takers - we even had people sit on our table and chairs. V little privacy. Another curtain separating the bed from view would have been good. Definitely choose a house on first floor with balcony - far more privacy.

Unique experience staying in the boathouse. No better location being right on the water in Klima. The apartment was surprisingly well renovated and modern inside. The host was also super helpful with check-in, amd organzlizing our boat tour ride. One of the best places we have ever stayed!

Weird to have a kcup coffee machine and not provide coffee for it (especially when there is a photo of the coffee in the listing)

Stayed here for 3 nights in the upstairs apartment. Good aircon and had kettle/stove and wifi. Had a coffee machine but no pods provided. We stayed in June and there were some tourists outside during the day but nothing crazy. Astakas restaurant up the road has parking and is perfect for sunset. Can walk to Trypiti village and Plaka through the catacombs/ Roman theatre path but very steep uphill. The apartment was very clean and we were able to order transfers/taxis through the property which was very useful. Felt like a dream waking up to the sound of the waves outside.
