Lovely 4 Bedroom House in Central Bath

location. living room and bedrooms ok.

communal areas very tired and pics of kitchen and courtyard size misleading.

great location, easy to walk to central Bath. very comfortable accommodation, felt like a real home. we appreciated the well stocked kitchen, with dishwasher and clothes washer.

blinds in some of the rooms were falling apart, and did not keep our sunlight very well. Full blinds would be a big upgrade!

The house was great for groups - a lovely large communal area and so close to the city centre.

Really difficult to say. I loved it, but if I had to be picky just be warned if you don’t pack light you’ll get a sweat on walking to the house!

A comfortable, stylish house in a great location for exploring Bath. Plenty of space for our family of six. The views over the city were great!

Great location, short walk to the train station,

Scaffolding outside property when we were there to mend roof leak which had caused a little damp. A bit unfortunate but the host did warn us in advance to expect the scaffolding.

The location to central Bath & the station was brilliant. The view of Bath from the elevated position was great. Seating in lounge, dining room & conservatory are very good. There'd been a slight damp problem in a downstairs bedroom, which was dealt with immediately before our arrival & communicated to us well by staff. All profits go to protect sea turtles, which felt good as a consumer. The garden would also look lovely outside winter months.

The distance to the parking space and the number of steps up to the apartment (to carry everything needed for a wedding) was far greater than expected, so not suitable for persons with mobility issues. The key safe is at ground level, which was awkward to access.

The house was in a good location, 5 min walk from city centre. Some nice little extras such as washing up liquid, toilet roll etc provided. Big house.

Wrong parking directions sent the day before travel resulted in us driving around 15 mins until we contacted owner who told us up to date info, not sure why wrong info was sent. House had not been cleaned well not hoovered crumbs in kitchen and lounge, stained carpets in hall, 1st floor bathroom not mopped, oven was filthy inside which meant we were unhappy to use it, used toothpick under chair in ground floor bedroom and bath mat was black with filth. 1st floor bath had scumb marks around. Took pictures notified owner. Did not reply then sent a message in capitals warning us not to leave the house in a mess or we would be charged!! I suggested they clean tge house before we got there as per my previous message. They also tried to change the check in and check out times. House needs a lot of tlc. Only one out of 4 beds was comfortable with a good mattress.
