Lake Bled Holiday Home

We appreciated the staff’s approach, the smooth communication before arrival, the easy check-in process, the spaciousness of the rooms, and the beautiful surroundings. Washdisher was a nice touch which made our stay with big family easier.

The overall cleanliness of the accommodation was quite poor (active mold in shower in first bathroom, plaster is falling of the Wall In second bathroom). The baby cot was not prepared — it had no bedding, and the pillow was already dirty. The windows lacked mosquito screens, and although we had been informed in advance that there was no air conditioning, the house gets extremely hot, and the absence of screens made it difficult to ventilate at night without letting insects in.

Spacious living room. Easy to check in. Lake Bled was beautiful, though we had to drive there each time. Parking spaces were expensive!

Rather old house with creaky beds, floors, and stairs. It looked nothing like the photos, and we were rather disappointed . Washing machine was in a cluttered boiler room with no lights. We had to use our phone torch lights to see at night. Only one bath towel provided for each person for 3 nights, but the host was responsive and provided extra when we requested more. One bathroom was located downstairs beside the kitchen and boiler room, so it was not convenient /used much as all the bedrooms were on the 2nd and 3rd floors. My son complained of the loud ringing noise from the church bells early in the mornings.

The venue was great, so was location.

Lack of pillows was a problem

It is a nice old house, very nice old furniture, very comfy, quiet location. Nice view from the last floor (if not foggy).

Only one parking place.

It was close to trail head to Vintgar gorge.

The toiletries and toilet paper were not enough for six persons. Hope there were coffee available.

I loved the apartment's location near Lake Bled, the comfort of two bathrooms for our family of six, and the cozy beds. The fully equipped kitchen was great, and check-in was easy with clear instructions. Plus, having a parking spot right at the door was super convenient.

One downside was that the apartment spans three floors, which made carrying luggage to the third floor a bit challenging. Additionally, the sofa in the seating area felt a bit worn and could use an update. Lastly, the balcony was quite small, and a terrace would have been a great addition.

Great location, comfortable stay, spacious house, helpful and kind assistance.
