"Disappointing"

Pretty location

I got trapped in the bathroom because the lock was faulty and it completely jammed. Now they are trying to charge me for a whole new door even though I had no way to getting out without breaking the door. I think they expected me to stay in the loo for 24hrs (with no window) until the came to fix it next day.

Comfortable beds and pillows. Comfortable kitchen. Beatiful bathrooms. Romantic old fashion furniture. Games for children. Children friendly.

Sitting area was not comfortable enough. No toilet on third floor. But it wasn`t a problem for us. Everything else was great!

Great house, great location. Spacious house, comfortable stay

We didn't have enough toilet paper, had to go out and buy more. Could be better to have more towels, we had 4 towels for 6 persons, so used hand towels for others.
