Good garden, bedroom and showers were good as well.

Some rooms are a bit run down.

Location was lovely. Loads of space inside and out. We were bridging a gap between sale of our house and completion of our new one so not a holiday, it worked fine for us in the circumstances at a reasonable cost.

The whole property was beginning to fall to pieces! Shutter in dining room dropped off in our hand, decking was unsafe, the dog proof garden was far from safe with massive gaps in the fencing. Back door was locked so little ventilation to kitchen. TV could be made to work but the connections kept getting loose, dropping programs, needing reconnection constantly. Generally, the entire property was seriously in need of some TLC.

Very quiet, well equipped.

Wi-Fi was a bit intermittent. Decor needs a refresh.

Secluded

Need renovation windows ,kitchen ,bath ,,outside cladding. Need aircon as owner requested not to leave windows open . Heating of water / heaters on timers not suitable as can’t adjust owner has control through apps on their phone . Nobody available after 8 pm . Windows very old iron dirty . Net curtain ripped. Gaps around back door and living room window. Lots of flies insects . Bees nest outside mezzanine window . Grass needed cut . No clothes drying facilities.

We just love love love this house. It's beautiful, and the setting is magical.

Nothing.

The house is clean, comfortable and spacious with lots of natural light. The unique architecture of the building adds charm and character, with lots of natural wood and an open, airy living area. The building somehow feels bigger on the inside. The garden was full of spring flowers and apart from the birdsong there was blissful silence. The house is in a beautiful setting, surrounded by the peaceful Suffolk countryside. Our dogs were welcome, the garden felt secure and they had plenty of space to run around and explore. There were even some dog bowls in the cupboard (which helped as we'd forgotten to pack some). My teenagers appreciated the good WiFi signal, Bluetooth speaker and TV. There are also lots of books and board games available.

Some details of the house need a bit of attention like a broken drawer or refreshed paintwork. It could also do with some pictures on the bedroom walls to make it more homely and to have less of an empty echo. There's a lack of mirrors that can be used near plug sockets (for hair dryers etc).

As a family we love the atmosphere. The amount of space. We have stayed here before.
