Location is superb - everything we needed in walking distance. Parking close by and a short hill to walk up. Super friendly and thoughtful hosts

If I've to say something, I guess views could be better .

Great house in an ideal location, it looked exactly like the pictures. Communication before and during the visit was excellent. We'll definitely visit again in the Summer.

Fantastic location, nice secluded little terrace out back. Even though it’s very close to Dreamland and there were large events both days we stayed, there was no intrusive noise at all. Comfy beds, thoughtful provisions. The key safe arrangement was a good way of letting everyone in our group have access whenever without worrying about losing keys or having to coordinate. Great value for two couples as well. Hosts very friendly and quick to respond.

Very minor gripe - the bath towels were very small, so I went and bought a couple of larger ones from Poundland to avoid flashing the rest of the guests. I suspect that supplying larger towels this near to a beach might have untenable sandy repercussions! If you want a lie-in, be aware that the clock on the seafront cheerfully clangs every quarter hour from 8am.
