'Little Eaton Margate' Perfectly located Town House by the Sea, with FREE parking!

Fantastic friendly host, lovely little house - clean, comfortable, cosy and attractive, very good location near beach and old town. We had a wonderful stay - Margate monopoly set was a bonus. Highly recommended.

Nothing to complain about. I wish Margate had better recycling (nowhere to recycle paper), but that's not the fault of this property.

Parking was essential for us.

Location was great, really central and perfect for being able to walk everywhere. Great communication and flexibility. the owner let us check in early & leave our car parked there after check out.

Just a little thing but can make so much difference to a stay…..the bedding wasn’t cotton, which always makes me hot. The sheets had a lot of bobbling and were rough, so didn’t sleep very well.

On arrival we found fresh milk and cider left in the fridge for us so we could have a coffee. Kitchen equipped with all necessary items to make ourselves breakfast. Whole house was very clean and spacious, comfortable beds. Located very close to the beach and restaurants.

We didn't like the fact that we had to leave that lovely place, we would love to stay few more days.

Location perfect just a very short stroll to old town, restaurants and very close to beach. the place was spotlessly clean. Some goodies provided thank you. Little hick up with WIFI courtesy of Open Reach but immediately rectified by host Zack who is unbelievable attentive to any issue you may encounter. The place is just lovely, very modern, minimalistic which we like. Beds very comfy although just standard doubles which we knew beforehand and that was fine. Shower lovely and powerful enough. Courtyard nicely sheltered from winds. Parking an absolute bonus. Can recommend and will not hesitate to come back when in area.

Comfy base for travelling around the local area. Excellent that there was a highchair and stairgate available. Really helpful that essentials were available for us on arrival (inc. milk, tea bags, towels, shampoo, travel cot)

Sadly, we timed our visit to Margate out of season so some restaurants were closed on Monday/Tuesday and some local attractions (e.g., Dreamland) were school holidays and weekends only.
