"Fantastic stay in stunning surrounds!"

My husband and I stayed at Arnavaha House in a poolside cottage for 4 nights in June 2025, partly to attend our friends wedding locally on the coast. We had an excellent stay - from the warm welcome and guided tour, to the spotless cottage and pool area, the stunning surroundings overlooking the ruins of a castle, and being conveniently placed to reach Clonakilty and local sites by car. Genuinely a dream and very peaceful to wake up and have a swim in the heated outdoor pool. We cannot recommend this gem highly enough. We would also recommend taking a hire car around the Wild Atlantic Way and Beara Peninsula, hitting the beach and the Fish Basket for lunch, grabbing a pizza at Oak Fire Pizza and then catching trad music and a pint at the pubs in Clonakilty, and kissing the Blarney Stone! Pack good walking trainers and an umbrella, the weather in Ireland is notoriously changeable!

"Unser Aufenthalt war sehr Gut."

Die Lage war gut und kein Verkehrslärm, man mußte halt ca. ne viertel Stunde zum Einkaufen fahren. Wir waren eh jeden Tag unterwegs also kein Problem. Der Pool war auf 26° geheizt. Ein Tennisplatz stand kostenlos zur Verfügung. Ein riesiger Garten Park ähnlich angelegt.

Das einzige war für die Metall Gartenstühle gab es keine passende Polster. Sonst war alles gut, außer das Wetter.
