Excellent location, guaranteed peace and quiet.

Fixtures and fittings could do with upgrading. Loose taps and a shower that doesn’t drain properly lead to a feeling that the lodge could do with a bit of TLC.

Die Wild Rooms haben ein großartiges Konzept. Ausstattung ist grundsätzlich auf einem hohen Niveau. Tolle Lichtvarianten, sehr guter Induktionsherd. Alles klein, kompakt und sehr praktisch gestaltet. Blick auf Sonne, Mond und Sterne vom Bett aus ist phantastisch. Saleen Beach ist ein toller Strand.

Leider war einiges kaputt. Thermometer beim Whirlpool, Hacken um die Tür offen zu halten. Box zum Aufbewahren von Schuhen oder Jacken war kaputt (Riss) und sehr schmutzig mit Holzspänen. Also nicht geeignet um eigene Schuhe vor dem Regen zu schützen. Der Vorplatz war mit unangenehmen spitzen Steinen und einem Fake - Gras Teppich nicht ganz auf der Luxusseite . Es war nicht ganz sauber - aber was mich wirklich gestört hat, war die lieblose Gestaltung der Bepflanzung. Eine 3 m hohe wilde Ginster und Brombeerhecke nimmt einem komplett den Blick aufs Meer - nur wenn man auf Zehenspitzen im Container steht, kann man das Meer sehen. Und leider obwohl grundsätzlich höflich, doch der etwas lieblose Gastgeber. Erinnerungsmail ob man nicht das Hot tub dazu buchen möchte, obwohl es schon vor 14 Tagen bezahlt wurde. Vergessen am 3. Tag das Hot tub zu heizen und dann fälschlicherweise behauptet, ich hätte das nicht bezahlt. Kein Zimmerservice (frische Handtücher oder Toilettpapier oder Kaffeekapseln) ist für über 300 € am Tag auch nicht wirklich luxuriös. Wurde uns auf Anfrage dann doch gebracht. Irgendwie hatten wir den Eindruck, dass die Umsetzung des wirklich tollen Konzepts , ein bisschen zu viel Arbeit macht, und das Gastgeber-sein nicht die wirkliche Stärke ist.

We had a great weekend in the lodge. It was well equipped and spacious. We enjoyed staying in.

The wild rooms are a short walk from a beautiful sandy beach and local shops and cafes that offer anything you might want or need. They offer peace, privacy, and comfort. They are welll equipped for a short stay and we loved the garden area to relax after a day enjoying the sunny south east.

Couldn't locate a hairdryer in two of the window drawers. Couldn't open the third to check. Wasn't a problem as it was too warm to use one anyway, but something to note for future.

The room was a little too warm at night and needed to use a fan. But this is not a major complaint. Apart from the fan being loud to sleep with.

Have stayed here before just love the little Cottage equipped with everything you need

To close to nature ,to many flies and bees. Not happy having to pay for hot tub after paying 240 euro for 1 night.
