Kenmare Eco Lodge

Absolutely beautiful country house in Kenmare. Hidden away in the true countryside, the house offers the most comfortable stay. Anne, the owner was a wonderful host and super welcoming and made the stay super enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and I would highly recommend staying here to anyone thinking of doing the Ring of Kerry.

Stayed here for the Ring of Beara cycle . We were blown away, hidden outside Kenmare on its own little oasis . The house is perfectly designed & decorated, waking up looking out the French doors from the bed at the beautiful Kerry surroundings was incredible . It was an adventure exploring the house and garden .

Taxi’s are non existence in Kenmare !

The time we were able to spend without the host bothering us.

The host was unwelcoming, rude, condescending and controlling. We unfortunately didn't feel comfortable during this stay because the host threatened us with undisclosed charges, interrupted our quiet time on several occasions, nitpicked about everything we did, and verbally harassed us. As soon as we entered the ecolodge we were asked if we were part of a religious cult (we were visibly Muslim)

It was very clean and felt like a warm home. It was like being in a fairy tale. The best of Irish country living.
