Everything was PERFECT. The house is modern, fully equipped + some fruit and drinks when you arrive, views are amazing, two restaurants right down the hill and many others along the road and near the marina. The hosts are super friendly and helpful, giving you gifts before you leave. I can't recommend this property enough. Would love to come back.

Nothing to dislike.

We had a great stay at Nerea! We loved the location of the house, in a quiet area with a beautiful view of the sea. Also great for exploring the north of the island. The house was lovely decorated and had everything that you could need (all kitchen ustensiles, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, hair dryer etc.). Very clean, parking space available. Very nice owners, ready to help and give you tips for exploring the island but not intrusive. We also appreciated the welcome package (wine, fruits, snacks and all that you need for a good breakfast: juice, milk, eggs, butter, honey, marmalade etc.) and the farewell souvenirs.

Best location on Agia Effimia. Very quit place. The hosts were very polite. In Agia effimia you find everything what you need on vacacion. I recommend a car for traveling around the island.

Host kindly met us at the property even through it was late in the evening. Stunning views and a beautiful apartment, fresh clean with a lovely open feel. The host and his family were welcoming and kind which added to make it a wonderful holiday.

Beautiful views from great central location - quiet but easy access to local tavernas, beach etc. Incredibly well appointed - home away from home- and wonderful hospitality make for a special time on Kefalonia.

View is amazing, great location close to beaches and restaurants but very quiet, super friendly host, easy parking. Fly screens are useful so you can keep windows and doors open.

It is a short but steep hill up to the property - fine for us but might not suit everyone.

A lot of equipment and small things prepared for the guests. Very caring host.
