"Fabulous stay in a beautiful seaside town."

Beautifully appointed property - it felt very special with a sympathetic restoration and design. Good to have onsite parking. Great WiFi if you’re working remotely.

Very nice and comfortable villa - just what we needed. Everything was super clean, sheets/towels were changed every second day if you wished (we decided to save the water and nature and agreed different schedule with the host). Communication with host Manolis was very fluent and and easy through WhatsApp. When we arrived there were some local snacks, honey and raki left for us - small however nice gesture. There are some friendly local cats - so please remember to buy them some cat food :) Panormo is very nice village to stay - big enought to choose between different restaurants and small enough to feel cosy and has as well some local charm additional to nice beaches!

"Panormos is a treasure and Philoxenia is a jewel."

The location, the ambience, the beautiful building - and the wonderful roof terrace reached by a spiral staircase. This is a very special place, and Manolis is a warm and interested host. The cleaning is exceptional too.

It’s impossible to find a fault.

Location excellent with parking. In gorgeous village Panormos with many quaint eateries 2 min walk away. The Villa was new well equipped with everything you may need . Large lounge with comfy sofa, full size fridge, WMach, great terrace upstairs with water views and seating. Bed very comfy and includes cleaning( the lady was lovely) and Manolis as a host is excellent.

Meine Frau und ich haben 10 wundervolle Tage und Nächte hier in Panormos in den Pholoxenia Villas ( unsere Villa- Magnolia) verbracht! Zum Strand und ins Zentrum sind es nur wenige Meter! Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit, reagiert bei fragen oder Wünsche prompt! …..Ich möchte jetzt den Besitzer Persönlich ansprechen und ich möchte Dir sagen…….Manolis Du hast die Weltbeste Auswahl getroffen was die Dame anbelangt die die Zimmerreinigung und das Service macht wenn man etwas benötigt! Wir haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt bei Dir! Danke!🙏
