Inviting clean pool, location was close to everything, the size of the villa including a terrace with views of the water.

A great place - huge apartment, new and very clean. The location is excellent - close to the beach and to the village center. Panormos itself is a great base to explore this part of Crete. It's peaceful and quiet, yet large enough to have a decent choice of tavernas and sea side fish restaurants. Manolis who runs the place is very attentive and responsive to every question, and welcomed us with refreshments and Raki :-)

The accommodation is presented and appointed as the photos show which is very good. The wifi is good and the local town is fabulous.

You cannot use the pool between 2.30pm and 5.30pm on any day. See attached photo. Unfortunately other guests decided to ignore this, as well as to leave their own young children unattended and misbehaving. Therefore as a result we were effectively unable to use the pool facility. Subsequently the manager was spotted staring at us from a distance, which unnerved my children. The manager/owner pointed to his many fine reviews when I raised this with him. An apology would have been more appropriate. We found the master bedroom mattress too firm for our liking. My wife and I suffering back pain.

Very comfortable property in fantastic location. The rooftop was incredible for sunsets and taking in the town. We loved exploring the surrounding streets for dinners and souvenires, and the locals were so friendly.

Everything was great!

We liked everything, it was absolutely perfect for our family of 3. The place was super spacious and very well located with everything you needed close by! it was well equipped with everything needed from water and juice to washing machine and pods to a juicer :)

nothing to dislike but just a suggestion to add a knife to cut things apart from just breadknife:)
