Lovely space and amazing house. Although advertised as having more bedrooms some where locked so we had less choice. Very accommodating with special requests.

Not ideal if you are planning to cook using the oven as no baking trays.

Size and facilities are great, perfect for a large gathering in Bath.

Only thing was the road noise but to be expected from a city house.

Brilliant Georgian town house. , set up for large groups . If you’re planning a stag or hen do this is the place .

It was a cold week and the heating had not been put on so the property was chilly. The kitchen was barely big enough for the 6 of us. The basement room had a loud dehumidifier on all the time and was too loud to sleep through.

Cold & damp especially the basement. Heating didn't seem to work properly. Then it's 3 flights of stairs to get to kitchen. OK stay if you young & fit. Not so good with children. Although they did like to play hide & seek with such a large property

as the booking was originally made via bookings.com their correspondence gave a pin code. An email received 24 hours before arrival gave detailed instructions on how to access the house with a pin code but it's easy to mix up the pin code from booking.com with the pin code instructions to enter therefore we were a little concerned on arrival because we couldn't get in, however after about 10 mins realised mistake & used the correct pin code. We stayed over a very cold period (end of Nov) & initially overrode the heating to keep it warm but this went off after a couple of hours in the evening and everyone was cold overnight. With Bath Rentals next door this was easily rectified the next day as someone came in & adjusted the temp controls so the heating stayed on overnight. The only other down side was in the kitchen which has benches alongside a long table, 2 of us fell backwards off one of the benches. The first person to do so thought it was their mistake but the second person ending up hitting their head & back on the cast iron fireplace behind her which was then we realised the bench had a wobbly unsafe broken leg. Luckily apart from bruising & a little shock she was Ok. Overall the town house suited a party of 6 ladies 60 - 72 years of age but the many flights of stairs up and down to bedrooms, the kitchen and the lounge in the basement would have been an issue after more than 2 days for ladies of a certain age! The proscecco, tea, coffee, milk& sugar in the kitchen was a very nice touch on arrival. If you don't want to walk into the city (probably 20 - 30 mins depending on your pace) having bus stops outside was very handy - trips only £2 pp very good value for money and also taxis were only about £7 for 3 of us to come back after walking around Bath & the Christmas market all day. A comfortable abode, very good quality bed linen, all soaps & shampoos provided.

Location is perfect for a quick and flat route into Bath. Well equipped holiday let. Great for family holiday.

The property is very quirky but comfortable and elegant too. My grandchildren loved the party lounge, and I appreciated the ground floor bedroom! The kitchen is very well equipped although we didn’t use it very much. The bedrooms are spread over 3 floors and they are not all en-suite but that was fine for us as a family of 4. The beds are large and very comfortable.

It would be a little too far out of town for some but it is a quiet location . Nothing negative to say about the property
