Beautiful location

Location very central for town.

The place could have been dusted regularly... it had plenty of cobwebs.

Really central, good cozy living room and bedrooms. Picking up keys was very simple. Communication with host was good.

The staircase was very steep. The beds were noisy with very thin mattresses

It was a 6 minute drive from the family wedding we attended

• Toothpaste rings on the downstairs bathroom side • Dry and crusty shower head downstairs bathroom • Glass and tiles throughout the house wiped but not dry leaving marks over all surfaces • Fireplace not been cleaned or wiped. Loose debris and dust all over • Rust and dirt up stairway - brown marks • Whole in wall upstairs stairwell • Dirty decor not refurbished to any type of standard • Both toilet brushes covered in excrement • Gas or water pipes exposed in downstairs hallway. • No bin liners in any bins • Dirt in pots and pans in kitchen bottom draw • Frying pan not cleaned • Brown stains on plinth in kitchen • Kitchen fridge filthy dirty • Bottom of fridge dirty • Hair and gunk tangled round sink downstairs bathroom • Tiling in kitchen completed to a really poor standard • Cracks, rust and staining over majority of walls in house • Windows sill empty bedroom left with stuff all over it and dirt • Pile of towels just left on the floor upstairs hallway • Cobwebs thought, mainly on Windows inside. Corners of house • Upstairs bathroom shower head covered in dry flakey material • Upstairs shower plug hole covered in gunk amd slime underneath and all round • Yellowy orange staining and mould growing on mastic • Carpets dirty and stained • Upstairs bathroom mirror not been cleaned or wiped • Glass on upstairs shower not been wiped

Perfect location as a base to visit family. A good size with comfortable beds.
