Very poor hygiene and cleanliness . The whole house floor very dirty and got withered leaves on the floor at master room toilet and there is little toilet paper left in each toilet. Also Carpark place a lot of withered leaves never clean, contact agent no responsive and not helpful at all, overall quite disappointed to their service!

The property is very cosy and clean . The host is also very good and efficient. Car park is also very convenient.

The pillows are too soft and worn out , needs to be changed.

The property so clean, definitely will back again. Wish balcony can have small fan so can chit chat over there

The house is spectacular. So clean! The layout of the house is well thought out with families in mind. Everything is so nice and elegant. And the beds were so comfortable. Loved it and will definitely stay here the next time we are in Ipoh.

The water pressure at the master toilet is a little low.

This homestay absolutely amazing on the location within 500m you will have AEON Kinta, nearby Niase Street Food. So, basically walking distance you can cover almost everything. The homestay is clean and tidy, check in process where amazing and quick. Staff will give you all the necessary instructions to check in without hassle. If you are looking for a group of friends to stay and have a good getaway weekend and this is absolutely good choice.

Overall it's fine just the some part of the wall maybe due to hot and humid weather. So, I noticed some mold on the wall. So, it's quite disgusting and it will have smell on it. So, hopefully the management can fix on that would be perfect for guest.
