The decoration of the house

The group of property agents provide really subpar service! ONLY WhatsApp, NO CALLS, AND NO RESPONSE!! When we told the property agent that the electric power was off when we turned on the solar/water heater during check-in, we received no assistance or response. However, the agent sent us a check-out reminder WhatsApp message on the following morning without addressing the problem we were having. When we followed up, they provided a terrible justification by claiming there was no technician available on the weekend!!

The house is superb. Beautiful interior. Loved the environment. We had great family time.

It was great but, whole stay was unpleasant for such attitude and bad service making us stay in fear. Afraid to talk, laugh and leaving the door open for a long time.

This homestay was used to celebrate a happy occasion, however, host collected more money (NON-refundable) for the reason of event use. Clearly they were putting me at the cliff knowing i needed this homestay. It was an unpleasant dealing with the agent, not professional at all. This homestay was used for my husband to pick me up. Just imagine me as the bride receiving numerous messages stating that neighbors are complaining many people are entering the house and warning me not to make noise.

Location is good being in a quiet neighbourhood. The house itself is beautifully renovated and furnished.

Could not adjust temperature of aircon in the hall and the unit in the first room on the first floor was noisy. Occupant in the same room noticed the pillow cases were not fresh. A towel in the ground floor guest room was not fresh either as it gave off a rather unpleasant odour. No chopping board in the kitchen. The lock system to of the main door was rather tricky.

Well arranged and clean. They guided us well.
