Absolutely gorgeous cottage - the photos don’t do it justice! We were so pleasantly surprised by all of the period features and cosy nooks and crannies. Such a lovely little place, very well located and we would definitely stay again.

The hosts did warn us that there were narrow staircases so the property might not be suitable for a toddler. We kept a close eye on ours but just something to bear in mind for other young families!

The house was in a great location, really cosy, well stocked with everything you need, and in a fantastic location. Lovely little tearoom next door and easy free parking just around the corner.

There was a bit of noise from the local pubs (music from around 7pm and then when they kicked out) but it wasn't too intrusive, and the house is in a great location in the centre of town, so you're bound to get some noise.

Location was amazing, right by the beach and in the middle of town. Any questions we had, the hosts were very responsive when messaging.

The location was excellent very close to the beach.

The beds were quite hard and two members of our party got splinters, wood work needs some attention.

Little noisy at night but this is understandable because it is so well located within the shops and leisure area. Also, stairs were a bit tricky for my arthritic knees!

Our 2nd trip to Bay cottage. Perfect location. Comfortable beds. Very informative hosts. Everything you need for a break away. Looking forward to our 3rd trip next year.
