The cottage is in a great location, very central Phil and Beverley were extremely helpful and approachable - great hosts Cottage had all the amenities, everything working and in order - no complaints

Location was excellent. Pity there’s an amusement arcade opposite which could be busy in the season

I was with my grandson so for us two it was fine but for a family it wasn’t well equipped Also a very small bathroom with no shower. For six people could be a problem

The stairs were very steep, just a rope to hang on too, it was quite noisy, with the neighbours, who were partying in there garden, they were very close in the gardens

Amazing location and a lovely little cottage. Very comfortable for six of us. Would stay again.

Only one loo, but we coped fine. Nevertheless, two showers so ok on that side.

Sorry to say our stay was not as enjoyable as we had hoped, this is for several reasons . Loud music could be heard until 2am every night (except christmas night) . Booking facilities stated there are board games at the property, we could not find any . Dinner plates do not fit dish washer .No first aid kit could be found as indicated in hand book .Double bed (1st floor) very uneven and uncomfortable to sleep in .Radiators clicked early hours of morning, so once we did manage to sleep over load music we were awoken by constant clicks

The location is fantastic - very central. The house is warm and quaint and the beds are comfortable. There is a very secure patio for my dog. We had a very pleasant weekend there and enjoyed ourselves enormously.

A number of lights in the house did not work when we arrived but Phil came round promptly and fixed them along with the TV which a previous guest had 'messed up. The loo seat needs fixing and one of the bulbs in the bathroom is not working. It would be helpful to have a mat in the bath to prevent slipping. The kitchen could do with a few more bits of equipment - fish slice, scissors, casserole dish, cork screw. I think there should have been a pint of milk on arrival but there was not. There were only two sets of towels in the bedroom but I had informed them that there would be 3 of us - luckily i took my own bath towel.
