cosy & cute. all mod cons. mattress on the hard side but ok. living room has Auldy worldy tobacco tinge about it… is a 300 year old building! lovely back garden

front could have noisy traffic.

Great location. Broadstairs is great, cottage is right by the beach. Cottage was quirky and a fun place to stay. Beds were very firm.

Location was excellent

Nothing that the owners could change. Would have loved a toilet on same floor as main bedroom but it's a lovely quirky cottage and we just went with the quirkiness.

The location was great, so close to the beach! The house was super clean and comfortable and felt like home during our stay. It was well equipped and had everything we needed.

Our only suggestion would be that more cutlery was provided.

everything. just wonderful, the location was spot on, owner of the tea shop brought us coffee and hot chocolate in the morning!!!!
