Diana made our stay absolutely perfect. The apartment was even better than it looked in photos. It had everything we could possibly want or need. Maia was a great town to stay in to explore Sao Miguel while being in a more relaxed area. Thank you for a perfect stay!

We liked everything about the house and the host! Diana was so helpful with suggestions for places to visit and restaurants to go to! We were met at the house with enough food, wine, fruit, bread to last us through multiple lunches and breakfasts. Not to mention the fresh bread available every morning! The first night we had some trouble getting the induction stovetop to work (I think it was just that we didn't know how to use it and it had a lot of safety features). Within a 1/2 hour Diana was there with a new top and her husband and the local electrician to install! All on a Sunday night! We had the best vacation and cant wait to come back, and hope to stay here again! Thank you to Diana, her family and Marta for being so kind!!

Everything was perfect! We were here a week and wish we could have stayed longer.

Everything was great: the host Diana was super friendly and welcoming, the property is modern, stylish and clean, everything we need and even more was there. Nearby (1 min walk) is Atlantic ocean. To be honest I don’t remember such a great place to stay for a holiday in all aspects. Diana did everything to make us feel like at home. Many thanks for additional pleasant presents and surprises!)

Not enough good things can be said about Deanna! She is a wonderful host, communication with her is easy and fun and we received a warm welcome. 100% recommend her and this beautiful house!

The property was in a fantastic location. The place was also well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, from comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen to modern appliances and a spacious living area. Most importantly, we had the pleasure of staying with an amazing host who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. She was always proactive in anticipating our needs, providing helpful tips and suggestions, and ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. Her hospitality was truly exceptional, and she made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived

I liked everything, especially our host Diana. The nicest host I have met! We had groceries and wine waiting for us in the house and every morning fresh pastries. Kids loved of-course the pool and jacuzzi.

Family week 💙 ❤️ I spent 1 week with my family in that place and it was amazing. First of all the host is exceptional! She was in touch all the time and offered all the possible help and gave recommendations for the places to visit. At the first day she proactively contacted us and offered an early check-in, which was exactly the perfect timing. Then treated us with local fruits, cheese and other tasty snacks. The place was clean and tidy. In the mornings I was swimming in the pool, and in the evenings chilling in the hot jacuzzi. Also we cooked fish and marshmallow on the grill. Parking around the corner was also very convenient.

Diana is an amazing host -- incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and knowledgeable about things to do near Maia and in São Miguel. The property is clean and spacious. It is well-stocked, but should you need anything, Diana and her family own the fruit stand around the corner and are readily available. Bath towels are in abundance, which was great given how much time my family spent in the hot tub and the infinity pool!

Great location, very friendly host and a great place with amazing garden (with pool and hot-tub). Highly recommended!!
