Casa da Calheta

My family recently had the pleasure of staying at Casa Delgada, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt like in home. The full-equipment apartment was perfect for us. We enjoyed the garden, swimming pool and jakuzi. The apartment was ultra-clean, and we felt completely safe and comfortable during our stay. We particularly enjoyed the fresh fruits and portugal food and the breakfast (fresh bread every day) staff were always friendly and accommodating. The comfortable bed made for a great night's sleep, and the gift we received at checkin was an unexpected surprise that made our day so much better. Overall, we would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing apartment and unforgettable experience, especially for families looking for a perfect holiday in Azores. This place have a soul! Maia is the best place in Sao Miguel. Thanks for everything it was pleasure to meet you 👍👍👍

The Apparent had more than we needed. Very well-equipped and clean. Very comfortable and having the hot tub in the cooler November weather was great, need to come back in season to try out that massive swimming pool. Very comfortable stay and the host is absolutely amazing. Provided lots of local info and having a welcome bowl of fresh fruit, milk, coffee and other bits on arrival and during the stay was a very nice and thoughtful touch. Thank you again for making us feel welcome and for the comfort you provided. Highly recommended.

Clean, spacious, comfortable and peaceful. Beautiful home in a coastal village had everything we would need and more. Greeted us with local Azorean treats to make our stay so very special. Kitchen had everything needed to cook our own meals. Very friendly hosts available to answer any questions, made us feel welcomed and part of the family. Was sad to leave.

The villa is equipped withe everything you need for a holiday in the azores. The hot tub was a blessing. We used it to relax after whole days of trekking and walking. The owners make you feel welcome and at home. Really nothing to complain about.

Everything was just right

This house is a blast. Everything is nice and the big Pool and the hot Jacuzzi make it even more special. Loved the easy going style of the owners - they even gave us tons of fruits, beer, wine, local cake etc. for free. Can't wait to come back with our kid one day.

Perfect, highly recommended! Very clean apartment, serviced. Very well equipped, e.g. induction stove. Fast Wi-Fi, smart tv easily connected with my iPhone. Owner runs a fruit and food shop next door, on arrival late in the night she welcomed us with her big heart and a huge fruit basket & bread, butter, oil, vinegar, salt, spices, candies. Amazing pool and jacuzzi, very clean, private, no problem when our children were loud. Nice and clean barbecue. We (45, 42, 16, 11, 5) loved it there in August 2022. Most of all we loved Daenna, she made us feel so welcome and helped us in so many ways, gave us an authentic Acores experience. Really very nice people!
