Munduk V View House

L'accueil chaleureux de l'hôte. La vue était magnifique. Le logement était comme sur les photos. Petit déjeuner au choix.

malheureusement quand le soleil se couche ou qu'il fait mauvais, il y avait énormément de crudité (froid) dans la chambre a cause du manque d'isolation mais heureusement qu'il y avait la douche chaude et le duvet du lit pour se réchauffer.

Très jolie vue mais très déçus par le bruit. Nous nous attendions vraiment à n’entendre que les bruits de la nature.petit déjeuner très copieux et avec du choix. La possibilité de faire livrer les repas est un plus.

L’excursion proposée ( cascades) ne nécessite pas de guide.

Un peu de marche car lieu excentré

Wir haben den deutlichen Schimmelbefall bereits am Abend festgestellt, als wir angekommen sind, und ihn am nächsten Morgen sofort gemeldet. Uns wurde zugesichert, dass der Mangel am selben Tag behoben wird. Am Abend war jedoch nichts passiert. Bei unserer erneuten Nachfrage habe ich persönlich auf meine gesundheitlichen Einschränkungen hingewiesen. Dieser Hinweis wurde komplett ignoriert – was uns in einem sonst sehr herzlichen Land zutiefst enttäuscht hat. Wir wurden einfach knallhart abgewiesen, ohne jegliche alternative Lösung, und mussten das Hotel deshalb verlassen. Wir haben anschliessend noch mit den Hotelbetreibern gesprochen und uns wurde nach einer langen Diskussion eine Teilrückerstattung zugesichert. Diese haben wir bis heute nicht erhalten. Wir finden es absolut daneben, seine Gäste in einer solchen Situation einfach zu ignorieren. Fotos des Schimmelbefalls sind beigefügt.

Staying here is cute, but there’s a few things you should be aware of. The driveway is a bit scary when you get here, the drivers seem to manage it. The staff are nice - but do not whatever you do order the car service through the marketing team on this app. It is not the same as the staff on site ordering it. I got car sick from the absolute horror show of a car they booked for me. The breakfast isn’t the best, but it’s what you’d expect. Also, the first room doesn’t lock properly, so that’s a consideration. Oh, they also didn’t clean my room once for a 3 night stay. It is quite remote, but you can get dinner delivered. Other than all of that, it’s nice and you get to chill in the jungle with an amazing view.

We have loved everything about it! Since the very first beginning all the team was very attentive and gave us all the information we needed even before arriving. The place was cute, clean and really comfortable! Such amazing views from the terrace of our cabin! Breakfast was really good! The homestay is perfectly located in the middle of Munduk, perfect to explore North of Bali! Worth highlighting that the whole staff was super kind and always helpful! We had such a wonderful journey!!! Thank you so much for everything! We will be highly recommending Munduk V View House to everyone coming to Munduk! Suksma 🙏
