"Great property for a gathering of friends, location perfect!"

The location was excellent, nice and quiet, yet within walking distance to an amazing little pub. Plenty of room in the house for 8 of us

It wasn’t as clean as I’d have expected, confetti around the place from the last gathering, cobwebs etc. Was surprised that there wasn’t tea bags & sugar at least left behind from previous guests

"Disappointing"

Not a lot to be honest. It's not near much at all.

The house wasn't very clean. Cobwebs in every room. Lacking in basics, no tea towels, cloths. The cutlery and crockery were very dirty. We had to wash everything before we used them. The house is very cold, not at all cosy. The nearest pub was booked out so we had to drive to get something to eat, the only place available was the chipper, very disappointing. I wouldn't recommend the house to anyone. It needs a major clean up done on it. The beds are very uncomfortable, really need to be updated. Bed linen was stained and not very clean.

"Second Year Stay at the Perfect Family Retreat."

Very quiet location, yet 150m from an award winning pub where the Guinness is top notch. Only a few miles away from the likes of Carrick On Shannon and Drumshambo. We stayed last year too. Not only criticism was no WiFi. Guess what? They listened. Great WiFi this year!

The final piece of the jigsaw for this location would be a small TV and some channels. We have no other criticism and this isn’t really a criticism. A lot of people enjoy the peace and quiet.

The people I dealt with couldn't have been any more difficult from the moment we arrived. Made use feel uncomfortable from the moment we arrived

No beds made and made us feel like we had to do everything to please her.

"Very good stay for group of girls"

Lots of space and sitting areas for big groups, very girly was fun for group of girls.

There was no tv which was stated on the amenities so would recommend bringing a speaker. Also there was no towels, toilet paper or washing products.

"Place feels a bit tired, needs a refresh"

Beautiful scenic location

Only one shower working, no hot water initially, and no instructions regarding same. Damp smell in house on arrival, bed matresse thin and uncomfortable ( in my lower bunk bed). Glasses in cupboard all filthy, had to wash them all in dishwasher. No towels provided, and no info on this prior to arrival. Overall the place was tired and in need of an upgrade I
