Fantastic cottage with great hosts , we arrived late and our hosts had left coffee tea juice and a few other staples in the house for us which was fantastic, the house was spotless and we had an amazing stay , our hosts gave us information on local places to eat and see and I could not speak more highly of them so thank you to pat and Catherine

Beautiful comfortable house.

Derrybeg was nice, has restaurants and shops within walking distance. The nearby beach is really nice for a walk. The house was good, hot water for showers and comfortable beds. The owners left us a welcome pack with some basics which was lovely.

Excellent location and close to all amenities, including bars, restaurants, tourist attractions, and beaches.

We really enjoyed staying in the accommodation for a host of different reasons and would highly recommend it for visitors planning to visit Gweedore.

This charming wee cottage is based in Gweedore and is located closely to very scenic beaches (within walking distance). This property was well maintained and had everything we needed. The host even provided us with a starter food pack including milk, butter, bread and wine to get us started. We were able to use washing machines and all bedding and towels were provided. We have two young kids and I prefer that this property was not state of the art but it was clean and had everything we needed. I would highly recommended it for anybody travelling with kids. The house would not be big enough for 5 but it suited us 4 really well.

Not as close to pubs/restaurants as I had thought, and did not realize the very limited hours on these at this time of year. Cottage is stand-alone and set-back a good distance from the main street [quiet]. Spar store very handy. Hosts were very responsive to the minor issues we had. Good location for day trips along the coast or to Glenveagh NP. Well-equipped kitchen, lovely big towels

A few little things in some disrepair [some lights, non-working taps, loose handles on windows] but nothing that was a major problem or that wasn't more than offset by the positives.

Clean,fully equipped. Welcome pack. Nice garden. Quiet.

Very small rooms. Beds only double, not king-sized. Hot water in bathroom just a trickle. Shower very small and not much power. No freezer.
