Coromandel Tapu - Beachfront Escape

Great location with a view, walking distance to diary & pub

Shouldn’t need it on holiday but the boys would have liked sky to watch sports

Outside seating was comfortable and practical. Deck and view was really good, and beautifully sunny most of day. Set in attractive garden. Lots of bird, water and beach activity to watch. Direct access to deck from living room, which was spacious. Drive to Thames fairly quick although a little twisty.

Access to property was a little difficult for us as we are elderly and there are no handrails on the steps, but appreciate that more agile people would have no problem.

Views from bedroom and lounge windows. Owners extremely prompt response to my questions.

The view and location were excellent.place was clean and tidy beds were comfortable had everything we needed.owners live next door but were not intrusive they have awesome neighbour's on the other side too... Would definitely recommend and I'm sure this won't be our last visit here Sue n jeff

There wasn't anything I didn't like but more about a couple of things that would be handy. If I bought my elderly parents here some sort of handrail would be handy on the side steps to the house And maybe a hose or tap out the back and something for filleting fish

Good location at the end of the small town of Tapu, right across the road from the beach, tables out the front and back so you can either bask in the sun or hide from it, whatever's your jam, lots of stuff in the kitchen if you want to bring/cook your own food, friendly host.

Second visit to the property and the experience felt like coming home. Such a welcoming property, conveniently located for my brother’s in Tapu and just a short stroll from the Royal Oak Hotel.
