"Lovely cottage."

The cottage is lovely and perfectly located for what we wanted. The accommodation is tastfully decorated and comfortable and we had a wonderful stay. Our host Jayne is lovely and we felt very well.looked after. Thank you 😊

The location was lovely and quiet. It was close enough to York to get in to the city centre in about 30 minutes. We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The playpark, a short walk away, was a bonus for the children.

"Home away from home - everything you could want"

The property was wonderful. All the small added touches made it feel like home away from home. A beautiful garden to sit in for drinks or meals. Everything was thought of. Lots of information booklets and plenty of space for a family. It is in a great location for making day trips to York and surrounding areas.

Nothing. We would have loved to have stayed longer.

Jayne, the host was amazing. It is in the perfect location for york and surrounding areas. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need or want. The village is beautiful and everyone is so friendly. We will definately be back.

Absolutely wonderful property—spotless and beautifully maintained. The furniture is elegant and thoughtfully chosen, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped. Everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday is right there. We had a fantastic time. Jayne, the host, was lovely—she met us in person to hand over the keys and shared some great local recommendations. In a world of online bookings, it was such a refreshing and personal touch to be welcomed face to face.

Nothing not to like. 10/10!
