Great Town House - Central York

Beautiful house. Very clean. Spacious for the 5 of us. Nice touch owner leaving a carton of milk in the fridge which was much appreciated. Short walk to the centre of York.

The property was easy to find, there was parking outside and everything in the property met our needs.

The location of the house was perfect for a little walk to the town. The host was really friendly and helpful. If I need to come to York again, I would 100% try to book this property again.

We prepared our own breakfast. The kitchen was well equipped with crockery, utensils and every thing else we needed. There was also a good selection of teas available, coffee and condiments. Also washing up liquid, dish washer tablets etc. There was plenty of seating and good sized bedrooms.

Just a slight niggle,the front bedroom had a dressing table but where a mirror could have been there was a picture. There were two mirrors in the bedroom ( one free standing) so I would have swapped the wall mirror for the picture in front of the dressing table and added a lamp. We did find a stain on one of the pillow cases. but everywhere else was clean.
