Great Town House - Central York

The house was placed just out of the main area and was nice and peaceful. The property was amazing, and I would definitely go back again. The owner was easy to contact and always replied promptly. The cupboards were also stocked with tea , coffee, sugar and milk in the fridge. The cleanliness and layout of the property made the stay a good one.

Great location for the city centre - 10 minutes walk.

Absolute awesome place .. well presented , clean , comfortable and tidy .. a real bonus to find such a lovely property ..

There was ground coffee available but no cafetière , needs a chopping board and it says free WiFi but you can’t hook in without a passcode ..

A clean and well equipped house. Convenient for the town. A good base for our family get together. I'd recommend it.

We didn't find any information to access the Internet. A bit more introduction to the house would have been helpful.

Walking distance to shops and restaurants

The little added extras, very clean overall a lovely place.

Slightly longer than we thought into the centre with having 2 little kids but we managed.

It is a great location, easy walking distance to the sights and the railway station and quiet. The accommodation was comfortable and had all we needed for a relaxing stay.

There was only one parking permit, which could be a problem for some people. The downstairs bedroom and toilet was outside, which was OK when it was not raining, but something to be aware of.

A quick walk to the shambles, this townhouse was perfect for our stay. Owner very responsive to our questions. Would highly recommend these accommodations, wish we could have stayed longer.
