The Serenity Lodge with Hot Tub

Beautiful lodge, very clean, equipped with everything we needed. Would highly recommend booking the restaurant on-site amazing food!! Would stay again.

Could of been cleaner lots of cobwebs and dust looked for a hoover to clean up but there wasn’t one in the lodge would of been handy to have one for when we arrived and to be able to hoover before we left , no cover over hot tub dropped on horrible weather so didn’t get to use this

there wasn’t anything we didn’t like, the hot tub was a nice treat in the cold evenings.

some things could have been better cleaned, eg shower in the en-suite and glasses and cutlery.

The lodge was clean and tidy in places. The beds was very comfy. The park place was very quite and peaceful.

Disappointing finds, dirty unusable pan left in the cupboard other items dirty had to wash every item we used some other unusable items. Hot tub wasn’t clean the lid was broken been stood on and the garden furniture was unusable. Picture frame smashed and left on the floor. Most disappointing thing the lady on reception didn’t seem to care and I’ve have no apologies from management. Very rude they ask for a security deposit then when you arrive to dirty unusable items and still waiting for my money to return in my account. Making money out of people and not even checking items are fit for use! We can all change a bed and Hoover up. If your offering a self catering property you need to checking all items are clean and fit for use.
