The Serenity Lodge with Hot Tub

Excellent

it’s very clean, modern and well kept. the beds are very comfy, it is spacious and ideal having 2 bathrooms for a family. the hot tub is a lovely added extra, the use of Netflix is a good bonus too.

very very dirty kitchen and stained utensils /pans dishwasher, still full from previous occupiers of dirty dishes and not like the pictures advertised ripped bed sheets urine stained quilts stained dirty floors , dirty decking from previous occupiers, dirty, muddy footprints and dog footprints also very dangerous loose wires when putting on lights in bedroom was reported was told all been sorted when came bak from our day at York to lodge just dirty pan removed nothing else was touched not very helpful staff tbf. our stay was ruined by this . wont be recommending.

Nice and chilled the beds where comfortable and the shower was amazing had a nice relaxing time

The pans where mucky could have done with a good clean and need more of a variety

the toilet seats needed fixing as didn’t really fit the toilets well.

Brilliant location, clean, hot tub was amazing. Comfy beds and high quality stay. Everything was amazing! Electric car charging at the golf course too!

Beautiful and clean , everthing looks like new . Hot tub was ready when we arrived and was a great end to the day . We explored the area and had some nice days out . Booked a table for the restaurant on site and was more than happy with the food and service .

Having to pay 200 pounds deposit is a lot to pay on top of the rental cost but I can see the reason when risking somewhere this lovely .
