"It's handy for the A64 and for the city."

Near university, dog friendly, parking on site was very flexible

Hard sofas and beds, thin duvets. No cafetiere Very brightly lit, not cozy.

"Great stay for my husbands 30th"

Really spacious, clean and tidy. Really well equipped and lots of information to help with our stay. We will be booking again.

Another toilet even just an ensuite would be helpful just with a big group we had a bit of a queue on a morning.

"Lovely little cottage"

Great value for money especially having a hot tub! Not far from York centre and really easy to get taxis, we booked an 8 seater each night and only cost £2.50pp. Cottage was basic but clean and good value for the money we paid, would book again!

Lovely spacious cottage with nice covered hot tub. Underfloor and central heating created a very cosy stay during a storm.

Ineffective oven which took a long long time to heat. We felt we could not rely on it to cook a full meal for 7 people. Some utensils, eg sharp knives had traces of rust. Squeaky beds.

"Ideal Getaway!"

We stayed in the farmhouse as a group of 14 for a Hen Party and it was brilliant. Spacious, comfortable rooms, all the facilities you would need and a wonderful garden out the back. The perfect weekend!
