Stone Beck Lodge with Hot Tub

Lovely & clean lodge,with comfortable beds & duvet located in a lovely area. Hot tub lovely & warm. Kids loved the onsite play area

WiFi we couldn't get to work,went up to reception to find out why & was given the neighbours WiFi password, which did connect but a short while after disconnected itself & wouldn't connect again. Radiators get extremely hot with no Radiator covers on,not ideal for younger children when running around. No kitchen spray to wipe down sides. No bath mat which was extremely slippery when coming out of the shower, bedrooms incredibly small

Where the cabin is it’s lovely they have Swans n ducklings walking about it’s a stunning place

When we arrived at the property it was mucky the balcony was covered in moss n tomatoe ketchup was on the all over balcony my mum cleaned it, the hot tub wasn’t clean, cobwebs in bedroom n bathroom. Windows not cleaned we was so disappointed with it. I’d definitely go back to the park but will not recommend this cabin. They was only 2 seats provide too for outside we wouldn’t sit in them as you can see in the photos disgusting. They isn’t no care in cleaning in the this property

Everything else was amazing I'm just so sorry I didn't book for longer but definitely will go back lots to do plenty to see. very friendly loved it

In the bathrooms there were no bins provided

Lovely place, very relaxing. Lodge was very cosy and in a nice area. Hot tub was great.

Not enough kitchen equipment to cook, more frying pans. Also the lodge was full of baby spiders and bugs, I understand this can happen but they was obviously just left and not cleaned.
