excellent location for city centre and the car park was close by

The best thing was its location, very central to the city.

one bedside light didn’t work and hot tap in basin was a bit faulty.

Clean, comfortable, great location within the old city walls, on a quiet residential street. Close to the station, cafes, restaurants and all attractions within walking distance. Would definitely recommend brunch/lunch at nearby Partisan cafe and dinner at Tah Tien restaurant. Good communication; easy to contact and arrange early check-in for example.

Nothing comes to mind! Keep in mind it is an old (likely Victorian) terraced house, so you can expect it to feel a bit cramped, and the shower temperature will plunge if anyone is using the hot water in the kitchen, but we expected this to be the case given the age of the property!

Plenty of facilities to use in kitchen, and the complimentary coffee was lovely.

Blinds in the bedroom did not block out much light.
