inaccurate property description and only suitable for 4 not 6. grippers causing injury to child as coming through stair carpet. boiler needed servicing.

"Great location, minor improvements would make it better."

Location- close to city centre on a quiet road. The house was nice and big with lots of light.

Not cleaned well. Bed linen and dishes as well as bathroom was dirty. Asked booking.com to have it cleaned but they only responded day before we were leaving. Front door lock jammed and had to call maintenance, who to be fair had a locksmith come out pretty quickly and sort it out. There in a house of 3 bathrooms there were no hand washes which was a little annoying- basic things could make a stay much better.

Great location, Cosy, Warm, Comfortable Beds, ample kitchenware, good info provided, spotless

Minor issue on first morning when only enough hot water for one of our group (me!) to have a shower,second morning there was plenty of hot water for all.

"Location to public transit and to the city was excellent and the house had everything we needed for"
