"Perfect location and stay for our family ."

Location of the house was excellent . 10/15 minute walk to the centre . And lovely cafes near by to stop on the way . Spotless 3 bedroom property, perfect for our family of 5. Very comfortable place to stay whilst stoping over in York - much better than a hotel when with family as can relax in the living area . Tv with all the usual necessities for children . Underfloor heating in the kitchen was very comfortable. Parking close by . Furnished very well and very well equipped in the kitchen. Washing machine was a bonus but beautifully presented house all round . We would recommend this to friends .

Nothing - only thing that would’ve been helpful would be a high chair that could be stored away , as feeding a baby is tricky on a knee.

"Exceptional"

Everything, superbly furnished and decorated. Located within easy walk of York centre. Price should be increased, one of the most comfortable stays. Will always return to this beautiful house.

Only one minor complaint TV not user friendly unable to program. Oldies couldn't watch coronation Street.

very clean and well maintained light and airy beautifully decorated stylish but homely quite location very well equipped kitchen lovely linen. towels sheets etc parking space outside space ( again beautifully done) welcome box and information book
