"The lodge was perfect but the park is supposed to have a quiet time from 10 but we were kept awake by load music and peo"

A noisy party kept us awake till at least 1 this wasn’t good as we had a 9 month old baby with us .

Everything ! The lodge is excellent felt like I was just at home. Hot tub was amazing ! Loved all the homely touches like candles , blankets heating was brilliant and we were never cold. About a 25 minute drive into York which was perfect and a lovely drive. The restaurant on site was brilliant too ! The portions are huge and only a 2 minute walk from the lodge . Already looking at coming back again before Christmas . Much better than staying in a hotel.

"Fantastic park and lodge with golf and onsite bar and restaurant"

Excellent site with secure access via a codded barrier. Always a presence around the park. Lodge was excellent and contained fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher and washing machine and everything required to cater for a fantastic holiday. Lodge felt like a home from home with a large comfortable lounge area with seating for all the family, the additional personal items, soft furnishing, online music system, fire TV and WIFI were also well great. The hot tub was excellent and the fantastic weather really make this a great holiday.

Beds very soft and pillows & duvets did not reflect the rest of the 5 star furnishings of this lodge. Hot tub needs to be skim cleaned / maintained daily
