"Hot tub was filthy"

Nice location, quiet area and the inside of lodge modern and good facilities

The hot tub was filthy and we couldn’t use it due to this even after raising on 4 occasions. Toe nail was found in hot tub on first night, black dirt and scum on side of hot tub and dirt in the bottom. Along with this the bubbles foamed with dirt when turning on and also the chemicals/ PH hadn’t been checked so this could be dangerous
