"Lovely home in York"

Everywhere was very clean. The settee and beds were comfortable. We had everything that we needed. Ifet went above and beyond to help us before we got there and was always ready to answer any queries. We had her phone number to ring whilst we were there but there was no reason to as everything was just so lovely.

We liked everything.

"Relaxing in property and lively in city centre. Perfect combination."

The location was perfect -next to the river and lovely and quiet. Just a 10 minute walk to the city centre. Everything we needed was supplied. I went with my 2 adult daughters we all agreed that if we have another trip to York we would try to get the same accommodation. The owner was lovely and nothing was too much trouble.

There was nothing to dislike.

Nice house in a great location. Just a short walk from the city centre and all the shops etc. Very clean home with great facilities. Parking included which is a bonus.

Slightly too small for a family of four if you have teenage boys but fine for a few days.

"Lovely house close to city centre"

Location, cleanliness,comfortable, lovely mattress, bedlinen.

Both showers were ineffective. Electric issues seem to be more widespread than told. Drawer space needed in spare room as wardrobe is not in use. Larger towels needed. Hand towel would be nice per person. A hand towel & tee towel would be good downstairs.
