"I would stay here again if travelling to York and recommend it for families."

The location was superb, everything easily accessible on foot.

When we arrived the weather was very hot, so the heaters were turned off, but the following days turned quite cool and I would have liked some instructions about how to turn on the heat.

"Perfect little townhouse in walking distance to all the attractions in York."

We loved this cozy well appointed apartment. It has everything you need including it an allocated carpark and it’s a 20-30 min walk to York Minster and all the attractions in York. The bonus being there a few restaurants and two pubs just 5 min walk and two supermarkets just 10 minutes drive. Ifet is a lovely host who met us at the properly and was available if we had any questions during our stay.

"Highly recommended most wonderful small house"

Lovely spotless wee modern brick built house secure parking, safe area just minutes from Cliffords tower. It is spotless and in a quiet residential area. It was warm smart and cosy. The friendly owner met us personally and allowed us to extend our check out. You couldnt ask for a better location.

"Excellent Stay would defo book again."

After mainly staying in B&Bs when visiting York this was a change for us now with a toddler we needed the extra space and this was perfect, clean a tidy and everything you need on a short trip away, the owner Ifet was lovely and had great communication from booking right up until we arrived, all of our needs were met and more.

"Perfect weekend away"

The property was well equipped and perfect for our short break. Parking was an added bonus and we didn’t use the car at all during our stay - everywhere we wanted to go was within walking distance
