The property is in the perfect location. Only minutes from everything York has to offer but in a quiet residential area. Great location for roads out of town and also for the uni of York.

Location , lovely quiet residential area close to the centre of York . Parking space available , although we did not need this.

Loved the property

Location for city centre was excellent, as was location for Uni visit. Property was clean and good level.of equipment, the milk, tea/ coffee and cookies were very welcome after a very long and stressful journey. Owners were very friendly, we had a slight issue on the.first night, they were very responsive.and resolved the.issue very promptly and couldn't do enough to help. I would stay there again if we visited York again.

Great location and nice and clean

Small house but perfect as a base

The house is in a great location just a few minutes walk from the city walls. Despite this it is very peaceful. The house is decorated nicely, has everything you need and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Free parking outside was also a bonus.

The house is just as it appears in the photos, exceptionally clean and cozy with all the necessary appliances, including a modern washing/drying machine. The heating system is flexible, allowing you to adjust the temperature for each room. The shower pressure is not particularly strong, but good enough. Ifet met us in person to provide the keys and allowed us to check in early. She is friendly, supportive, and always available to answer any questions. The location is fantastic, just a 10-minute walk to the city center or 5 minutes to the city wall. Additionally, the area is very peaceful.

The house is wonderful overall. The only slight issue is the Wi-Fi upload speed. It takes around 10 minutes to upload a single photo to cloud storage and for videos it requires the entire night. However, the download speed is satisfactory. Fortunately, there are numerous free Wi-Fi hotspots in the city center, so this issue is easily manageable.

The house is in a great location only a few minutes into the centre, there is parking outside and it has great views. The owner met us at the property to hand the keys over. We were allowed to check in a little bit earlier which was great. The property was well furnished and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.
