City Centre Town House with Riverside Views and Free Parking 1BAK

Great location! Right near all the sites etc. lovely area nice and quiet, next to the river. Has its own garden which was great. All facilities you need. Complementary milk and chocolate which was a nice touch. The host was very accommodating to us with a earlier check in (which was amazing) went out of her way to help us! Next time we are back in York I would definitely come there again! Parking right outside too! Couldn’t ask for more :)

Absolute wonderful place to stay, the area and location was lovely. The property was just a nice walk into York centre for all the shops and Christmas market.

We couldn’t find fault with this lovely house, everything it advertised was available and more. The owner gave us all the information we needed and if we needed to contact her we had all the details to do so. Very professional

Location was good, everything in town walkable from the house.

We tried to call Ifet 4 times during our 3 night stay, we also texted and left two voice messages, all of which are noted on my phone history. No response. We had no hot water in the bathroom sink or the kitchen during the entire length our stay which made washing dishes and our hands difficult. There were no special instructions left concerning this. Upon receiving a text message on the morning we checked out asking us to leave a favourable review, I texted and called again, as instructed in the text, but again heard nothing back. We are lucky we didn’t experience an emergency as I am not sure how we could have contacted the owner.
