The property was fantastic. Beds comfy, shower/bath lovely & it has been done out to a very high standard. Parking right outside & walking distance to the centre. Co-op not far from the house & there is a lovely Italian round the corner - Toto’s

"Homily, comfy 2 bedroom home in York, close to the central attractions"

The property was exactly as described and was as the pictures show. it is close enough to walk to everything you would like to visit in the centre of York and particularly close to Clifford’s Tower, the York Castle Museum and Jorvik centre. The property was very comfortable and felt homily.

The property would have benefited from a clothes airer and depending on the weather, pegs, to help get clothes air dried. Both bedrooms are compact and there isn’t really any storage for clothes in the second bedroom, however their is plentiful storage in the main bedroom so this could be used for guests in the second bathroom.

"Great - would book again happily if we returned to York."

Location brilliant, quiet with parking and walking distance to everything in the centre. Nice and clean and no pet hairs (very important for pet allergy sufferers). Cut through to river path for cycling down to park. Comfortable beds, decent shower, decent wifi. Good communication with host.

Only things were there was no storage space in the second bedroom and we couldn't get the heater in the kitchen to work so it felt a little cold in there.
