Superb Location, 5 minutes walk from Clifford's Tower, 10 from Bishopthorpe Road in a quiet residential area with local facilities. House is compact but comfortable and very well equipped. Easy to find. Beds comfortable. Very happy with our stay.

The house was amazing and everything you need for a great stay was there. Parking on the doorstep and just five minutes walk into the town centre will be staying again in the future.

"Perfect! Lovely house next to the river and lovely host."

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and Ifet the owner has been very accommodating on both occasions. We asked both times if we could park early and on both occasions she enabled us to do so although we appreciate that it won’t always be possible. Communication is always good. The house is immaculate with a lovely little courtyard garden and parking is right outside the house so no worries about safe parking. The walk into the centre of York is about 5 minutes. We are already planning our next stay here and actually delayed this visit so we could stay in this very property!

Nothing, the house has everything you need & is in a nice quiet cul de sac 5 minutes from the centre of York.
