Great location. Property well equipped and clean.

Accommodation is over 3 floors with kitchen on second floor. Narrow stairs to get to property on first floor and narrow stairs between floors. Accessible shower is on top floor so not appropriate for anyone with mobility issues. Kitchen not large enough to eat in for number of beds. Therefore food/drinks have to be carried down a set of stairs to dining area....not ideal. None of the above is obvious from the description of the property.

The location is perfect. Walking distance from the train station and right in the heart of the city centre. Little homely touches throughout. Communication was spot on. Every guest commented on how beautiful the rooms were - especially the drapes!

Some of the party found the stairs tricky after 3 days, I thought they added to the charm and character but future guests need to be mindful of the fact this property is over the top 3 floors of a 4 storey building. My only niggle was how hard the mattress was but I know this is totally a personal preference. Wished check out was 10:30 or even 11 - basically we loved it so much that we didn't want to leave!

One of us struggled a little with the stairs but we knew they(the stairs) might be a bit difficult so we managed to.

The location was fab. The house gorgeous and beautifully decorated. Little touches like the chocolates on the lovely large towels, were really appreciated. All the rooms were very good size and furniture divine.
