"Perfect for a weekend away."

Excellent accommodation - well kitted out. Everything we could think we would need. Thank you for the tea, coffee, milk, washing up liquid etc. Lots of space and very clean. Excellent for a weekend away with my friends

Cosy and welcoming. Quiet area considering how near your are to the centre of everything. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean.

Id seen people talk about parking in previous posts - this isn’t really a negative but be aware - the parking is tight - however I parked a Defender 110 in the allocated space - just took a few attempts.

We loved our stay, the place was decorated beautifully and well kitted out. We had everything we needed. Rooms were comfortable and plenty of space for the 4 of us

Don’t bring a big car like we did, very tight car park and car space

"Beautiful, well equipped property in perfect location in York."

Very well equipped, modern and clean. Downstairs wc and double room has its own shower room. Welcome milk, biscuits and tea/coffee provided. Excellent location - very short walk into centre of York. Great communication from owner Kathryn before and during stay.

Mattresses comfortable but single beds ridiculously noisy/ squeaky. This is literally the only issue with this lovely property that others have raised also so it seems a shame if it can’t be sorted for future guests?

"Very pleasant stay in a lovely property"

Very clean, well equipped, modern yet cozy accommodation. Private off street parking was a welcome bonus. Quiet and safe location, at walking distance from the historical center.
